IBEXPERTS Ltd., IBEXPERTS BV and IBEXPERTS Switzerland GmbH were founded in 2004, 2007 and in 2010, respectively, and are managed by Dr. Rachel Kreisberg. Dr. Kreisberg is a bio-entrepreneur who specializes in carrying out ambitious, large-scale international projects. She has proven experience in managing international R&D projects, such as EU projects and technology transfer initiatives. In addition, she has a track record of initiating international projects such as the establishment of bioinformatics centers, some of which were part of an initiative of Israeli and Palestinian businessmen under the auspice of the World Bank, to promote peace through joint ventures.
Prior to founding IBEX, she has managed the Bioinformatics Unit of Tel Aviv University between 1998 and 2005 and she was one of the co-founders of the Israeli National Center of Bioinformatics Infrastructure (COBI), which was established in 2002. She has a Ph.D. in biology from Tel Aviv University, a M.Sc. in chemistry from the Technion and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She was born in the Netherlands and speaks English, Dutch, Hebrew, German and French. In addition, she provides professional genealogy research services.

Mr. Guy Maayan joined IBEX in January 2007 as a financial officer. Mr. Maayan provides IBEX EU research consortia with comprehensive financial management services. Among others, he serves as the financial administrator of IBEX's FP6 EUROFLU project for which he carried out a dry run after 1 year, prepared the management reports, submitted it to the EU and administered the derived EC contribution, and addressed EUROFLU beneficiaries' inquiries regarding eligible costs, reporting, auditing, etc. He has a BA in Economy and an MA in Contemporary Middle East Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Denis Kearney is an expert in business collaboration between SMEs. He has developed and led successful consortia for several EU projects in the areas of innovation, collaboration, environment and quality. Denis has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University College Dublin, a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Ireland Galway, and diplomas in Business and Strategy Management. He was born in Ireland and speaks English.

Dr. Adrian Levinger is an applied physicist with extensive professional experience in development and project management of innovative products and processes in photonics, semiconductor, nanotechnology, medical devices and renewable energy fields, in both academic and high-tech industry environments. For the last years he has been involved in research, consulting and entrepreneurship of small/medium and big enterprises including management and coordination activities for the FP6 and FP7 EU Framework Programs such as Cooperation (Health, ICT, NMT, KBBE, Security, Energy themes), MC People (ITN, IAPP), Capacities (SMEs) and more. Dr. Levinger is holder of a Ph.D. and MSc. degrees in applied physics from The Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.
