Dr. Racheli Kreisberg combines her experience as a genealogist with the organizational and
intellectual skills of a scientist who is fluent in English, Hebrew and Dutch.
She is available to individuals, families, and organizations for hire as a genealogist and family
historian. On your behalf, Dr. Kreisberg will research publicly available databases
(such as census, birth, marriage, and death records) and integrate them into a comprehensive family
tree. She has consulted privately with numerous clients.
Dr. Kreisberg lectures on subjects related to family history and genealogy.
She has made presentations at genealogical societies in the United States (in 2006, she spoke at
the Jewish Genealogical Society of Palm Beach County, Florida) and Israel (in 2007, she spoke at
the Ra’anana branch of the Israel Genealogy Society).
Dr. Kreisberg is an active member of the Skala Research Group (SRG), an informal association of
people who are researching their roots in Skala Podol’ska, Ukraine. Her contributions to SRG
include maintaining the SRG contact list;
recruiting new SRG members; help with projects concerning the Righteous among the Nations in Skala
(non-Jews who saved Jews during the Holocaust); development of the Skala House Number Database.
